i am trying to find ways to make rich creamy ice cream without the fat or sugar…it’s challenging! i’m also trying to pair up the abundance of herbs from my garden with fruit to make ice cream. beyond that, anything coffee related steals my heart!

Ooohhh my favorite ice cream is Butter Pecan, with many favorites in 2nd place! My teenage daughter is an ice cream fanatic and would eat it everyday if she was allowed! I’d love to win 1 of the prizes for her!

Well that depends…..maple walnut is high on the list as is black raspberry. However I love a good rich chocolate with as much “stuff” in it as possible! 😉

This is the perfect time for homemade ice cream, with all the fresh fruits available at the Farmer’s Markets. One of my favorites is blackberry.

I love vanilla! You can add anything you feel like on top. Or, just eat it plain, I love the taste of vanilla!!! I need an this ice cream maker so much! Have never had one before, ever!!!

I love making ice cream and sorbets. Fresh fruit, in season, makes the best. Grateful always for the amazing variety this time of year. Combinations are mind-boggeleing! 🙂

What a great way to wrap up the Summer! My household loves ice cream. Off to check out the featured recipes. I love anything with chocolate but recently had some roasted peach ice cream that was delicious.

I love almost any ice cream flavor that has a vanilla base. I am not as fond of chocolate based ice creams but would eat them in a pinch, lol. After seeing all these ice cream recipes, I SOOOO want ice cream now!!!
