4th of July is only a week away so it’s time to get out all your red, white, and blue things. It’s so easy to go overboard with this patriotic color combination, so I say keep it simple. I found these cute candy cups at TomKat Studio Party Shop, which has adorable party supplies (hello striped straws!). Fill them with seasonal fresh fruit, a dollop of COOL WHIP whipped topping, and you have an incredibly easy dessert with a fun presentation. This would be a hit at any party on the fourth.
Ready for a really complicated tutorial? You might need to get out a pencil and paper so you can jot down notes 😉
Step 1: Wash and dry blueberries and strawberries. Slice the tops of the strawberries off and slice big ones in half.
Step 2: Place blueberries in red striped cups and strawberries into blue and white polka dot cups.
Step 3: Place a dollop of frozen COOL WHIP onto each fruit cup. Serve on a tiered dessert stand for an even classier presentation.
Step 4: Enjoy!
This is my favorite dessert to dollop with COOL WHIP. With so many dessert options out there I want to know, what do you dollop?
